Return & Exchange Policy



1. Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain items may be subject to additional restrictions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if the return is due to a defect or error on our part

4. Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining a shipping receipt for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
